ang tattoo ay isang art!

nagpunta kami kagabi ni Jods sa isang Tattoo Convention na ginanap sa Remedios Circle, Ermita, Manila. (*salamat kay celine at jinky -at fran, para sa tickets. ticket na binigay ni celine kay jinky na bingay naman nya sakin dahil hindi sila makakapnta ni fran.., di bale may susunod pa daw sa 28 Mat 2010 yun nga lang sa baguio daw.)

ang galing ng mga tattoo artist.. saludo ako sa galig nila.. dahil kahit saang anggulo mo tignan ay kuhang kuha nila ung pinaggagyahan nila.. sabagay lahat nga pala ng magagaling na artist ay tinipon kagabi upang makapaglaban laban at maparangalan sa mga obra na kanilang ginawa

isang pang saludo sa mga taong nagpapa-tattoo., sa mga taong buong katawan hanggang sa buong mukha ay may tattoo na din.., napakatapang at naakalakas ng loob nila magpatattoo ng ganun karami at ganun kalaki na rin. sabagay sabi nga ng isang hurado na andun kagabi ay “ang tattoo ay art, pagtungtong nyo ng dise otso magpatattoo na kayo, para maipakita na natin na ang tattoo ay art, matanggal na rin ang iniiisip ng mga tao laban sa tattoo at para hindi magkaroon ng diskriminasyon sa mga taong may tattoo lalo na sa mga walang trabaho at nahihirapan kumuha ng trabaho dahil sa tattoo”

totoo nga naman. may punto sya. sa Convention na yon kami lang yata ni jods ang walang tattoo.. lalake man o babae may tattoo.. meron pa ngang buong katawan ay may tattoo meron ding nakalongsleeves na *ng tattoo.. at babae pa yun. nabilib ako sa kanila dahil —unang una masakit magpatattoo, sabi pa nila lalong masakit yun pag kinukulayan na (lalo na yung sa sintido na nakita ko kagabi), —pangalawa permanente na yun at nakapagdesisyon at nakaisip na sila kung ano ang ipalalagay (gusto ko kasing magpatattoo kaya lang wala naman akong maisip na ilagay kaya mukhang matatagalan pa bago ko magawang makapagpatattoo,hehe), —pangatlo ay para sa mga tao na nagpatattoo ng avatar na mr. bean gaya nga ng sabi ko permanente yun.. at para sa taong yun buong buhay nya ng kasama sa hita nya si mr. bean na avatar at para na rin sa taong nagpatattoo ng 3 baboy at tema ng piyesta sa likod nya na may nakasaad na “life is too short”, —pangapat ay dahil nga may mga babaeng hindi mo aakalaing may mga tattoo, yung mga tipong mahinhin ang itsura mukhang napadaan lang dun o may sinamahan lang, pero hindi may tattoo sila at napakaganda nung tattoo nila. —at ang panglima ay para dun sa lalaking mayari ng tattoo na nasa litratong nilagay ko dito, gumawa sya ng sketch saka nya ipinatattoo nabilib ako kasi nakaisip sya ng sariling konsepto na napakaorihinal at malamang ay sya lamang ang may alam kung bakit yun ganun.

makakapagpatattoo din ako balang araw, pero kung sakali may kahulugn ito sakin at iyon ay mangyayari lamang kapag naisip ko na anong ipapalagay at kapag naipon ko na lahat ng tapang ko para mapanindigan ang desisyon ko na magpatattoo.. *hehehe! kaya naman sa ngayon saludo muna sa artists at sa mga taong ginagawang canvass ang katawan nila sa ngalan ng art/tattoo

i am oh so proud.. well who wouldnt be proud of dylan.. he is a cutesy little kid. he’s got the well-known mendoza’s eyes, a button nose :P.. and every feature from kuya BJ from thenails to every little feauture except that he has got straight hair which is obviously from joe.. teehee.

my nephew is a replica of kuya bj who looks exactly just like me and papa!

im so excited to see him… cant wait until this weekend.. :) too bad pops you cant come.. i know you would love to see him as much as i do, or maybe twice asmuch as i do.. for mow im going to kiss hug and play with him for you.. and i’ll just keep you posted plus imma be taking loads of pictures for you.. :)

                        highlight for the day: DON’T DRINK AND DRIVE

Drunk driving.. yeah yeah! done that a couple of times huh? i even trust you for the fact that you are a great drunk driver! KUDOS! but hey wait a sec haven’t you thought, even for a single second, that you might, just might, fail at least one time.. uh-oh! you see now mr. smart guy.. you failed this time.. sure! no serious damage has been done, as of the moment, but are we going to wait til we get to the point where an irreversible damage has finally taken its place.. nah i ain’t mad, what i’m trying to say is that sometimes we just don’t know when or how stupid things will come our way. no you don’t have to stop drinking.. that IS part of your life already what i’m getting at is that maybe you could try to ponder on what DRINK RESPONSIBLY and DRINK MODERATELY means.. 

I was reckoning if you saw this early this morning? :P

DRINKING AND DRIVING CANNOT GO TOGETHER!

Now for the easter eggs..

As with the Easter Bunny and the holiday itself, the Easter Egg predates the Christian holiday of Easter. The exchange of eggs in the springtime is a custom that was centuries old when Easter was first celebrated by Christians.

From the earliest times, the egg was a symbol of birth in most cultures. Eggs were often wrapped in gold leaf or, if you were a peasant, colored brightly by boiling them with the leaves or petals of certain flowers.

Easter Sunday may be fun to celebrate looking for easter eggs, but, still, i choose to believe and celebrate easter sunday as the day when our Jesus arose from the dead. He died and experienced the worst of this world at his cross death; but when He rose, He purchased hope for every one who puts their faith in Him. He died on the cross to show us how much He loves us.

Today, i had a really hard time doing anything because of my tumtum achies! i knew the exact reason why i actually have tumtum aches (and that’s bigtime tumtum aches), it was because of the booze from last night.

why is it that we suffer from diarrhea after a night of drinking? i decided to do some research.. and this is what i got…

The answer is relatively straightforward: Alcohol is a toxin, and is toxic to the human body in even moderate amounts.

Alcohol is toxic to any area of the body that it touches — from the point where it comes in contact, alcohol is poisonous to cells and tissues of these parts of the digestive system.The absorption of alcohol begins in the stomach and continues in the small intestine, where the bulk of the alcohol is absorbed. As the intestinal cells absorb the alcohol, the toxicity causes these cells to lose their ability to absorb water, and some cells even die which makes water to be poorly absorbed.

Diarrhea after the consumption of alcohol is not a universal side effect. Many of us who drink do not have episodes of diarrhea afterwards. This may be because of the sensitivity of our individual digestive systems to alcohol, along with the amount of alcohol consumed. Furthermore, other kinds of food and drink can certainly cause and/or worsen diarrhea that was already caused by alcohol.

Does this mean we should never drink alcohol? No! Alcohol has been shown to have many beneficial effects throughout our bodies. However, I want to emphasize that alcohol is toxic — it kills millions of people in the world every year, and should be consumed in small amounts with responsibility, moderation, and respect.

we are not addicted to it, rather it is addicted to us.. :P
